A Little Hunters Hill History
Hunters Hill began development in 2004 under Leonhardt Enterprises. The neighborhood grew through several phases, with homes constructed by local builders including Leonhardt Homes, Merryfield Homes, Zach League Homes, and Todd Cooper Homes.
Leonhardt Homes has an Oklahoma building history dating back to 1907. The neighborhood also has a connection to the 2005 Parade of Homes, with a reported award-winning home from that event.
Over the years, Hunters Hill has continued to expand, adding new residential sections to the south and west while retaining its established neighborhood character.
Homes & Neighborhood Features
Hunters Hill features primarily Dallas-inspired and modern farmhouse-style architectural details. Many of the original homes range from approximately 1,600 to 2,100 square feet, while newer construction offers additional floor plans, layouts, and features.
One of the neighborhood's distinguishing features is its pond, where residents can spot geese and other wildlife. Fishing has also been a longtime neighborhood pastime.
Hunters Hill has an incorporated homeowners association responsible for maintaining designated common areas, including neighborhood entrances and grounds around the pond. Buyers should confirm current annual HOA $140.00 dues and requirements before purchasing.
Schools, Recreation & Nearby Conveniences
Hunters Hill is located within the Mustang Public Schools district, with individual school assignments determined by district boundaries.
Residents are also a short drive from Wild Horse Park, Mustang's 158-acre recreational complex with walking trails, sports facilities, playgrounds, a fishing pond, and the Town Center, which includes a library and recreation facilities.
